Country Thunder 2009

Country Thunder rolls into town on July 15 through July 18 with new features including redesigned camping, attractive ticket prices, updated vending, cheaper beer and of course, the hottest stars of country music. Headlining this year’s music festival include, Tracy Lawrence on Wednesday, July 15; Taylor Swift on Thursday, July 16; Alan Jackson on Friday, July 17 and Tim McGraw on Saturday, July 18.

Located on a farm in rural, Southern Wisconsin, Country Thunder’s star-power and mid-summer fun make it a sure bet for a memorable time. Daily, general admission passes (lawn) range from $25 – $54, while 4-day adult passes are $119. Reserved seats range from $159 – $600 for all 4-days. The best Country Thunder experience is reserved for campers in the festival onsite campground. Camping packages range from $100 – $500.

Now in its 17th year, Country Thunder boasts a new management team who promises to the same great festival as in the past but with added amenities, redesigned layout and new crowd pleasing partnerships to bring concertgoers the maximum entertainment value for their hard earned dollar.

Plan on a great time rain or shine. Bring your best cowboy hat and some SPF 30 sunscreen and don’t miss one of the Midwest’s largest country music mega festivals.

On the festivals side stage includes performances from Neal McCoy, Gloriana, Chasin’ Mason, Howlin’ Coyote Dance Hall, Kingbilly and Jason Jones.
