I thought the show was great. I saw them in Ft. Wayne, IN a month or so ago and enjoyed that show as well. This was a very different show from the Ft. Wayne show, as he had a completely different set of performers with him here. The Ft Wayne show was almost the same as his live CD, as many of the songs and singers were the same.

The flow of the Chicago show was better, if you were there just to hear Zac Brown. The song choice flowed a little better, although I was shocked that he played Toes and Where the Boat Leaves From so early.

I love the song “Free” but it doesn’t seem to be a show closer type song. In Ft Wayne, I believe he started his final big push at the end of the show with Free, then went into Toes, then Chicken Fried, and finished with a big song that everyone came out for. That seemed to build to a better crescendo.
